Boca Club is an apartment complex owned by Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, located in Orlando, Florida. This project focused on both re-branding Boca Club as well as updating their existing signage to reflect that refreshed brand. The color palette was created keeping in mind the recently completed building beautification, while the sign palette focused on using the same structure and location of the existing gateway signs.
Using the existing bases and general footprint of the signage found at Boca Club, the final sign palette shown above was developed. Reusing the existing structure and base allows for a new and refreshed look for the complex, while minimizing waste and excess materials. Both Sign A and Sign B were slightly altered in dimension to better adhere to ADA standards, especially that of heigh and clearance underneath. Sign C, the Rear Entrance sign is a new sign, that will be added to the complex during the implementation phase.
